1. Introduction

Welcome to Cenify IT. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our AI-powered websites, digital systems, and managed services for consultants, coaches, and other professional service providers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cenify IT specializes in building and managing AI-driven websites and digital systems for consultants, coaches, and service-based professionals, including but not limited to:

• Lead-generating, AI-enhanced websites
• Client scheduling and automated follow-up tools
• Secure client portals and intake systems
• Custom SaaS solutions for professional workflows

All systems are fully managed, including hosting, security, updates, and technical support. Cenify IT reserves the right to modify or enhance features at any time to maintain performance, security, and reliability.

3. Plans and Payments

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum commitment of 6 months for most plans. All payments are due in advance, and service activation begins only after payment is confirmed.

A one-time setup fee may apply to cover website design, AI integration, onboarding, and initial configuration. This fee is billed separately from the monthly subscription.

All payments—including setup fees, subscriptions, and custom development—are non-refundable. We strongly recommend a discovery call prior to purchase to ensure alignment with your business goals.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to support@cenifyit.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months or unused services. The 6-month minimum commitment must be fulfilled in full.

Upon cancellation, client data, content, and AI configurations will be available for download for 30 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for website setup, AI tool integration, and ongoing operation, including:

• Professional credentials and practice information
• Branding assets (logos, colors, images)
• Content for pages, profiles, and forms
• Compliance-related disclosures (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Cenify IT.

6. Intellectual Property

Cenify IT retains ownership of all underlying software, source code, architecture, and AI algorithms. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the systems and AI tools for their business while subscribed.

Client-provided content (text, images, logos) remains the client’s property, but clients grant Cenify IT a license to use this content solely to deliver and operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cenify IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed client opportunities, or data loss arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination for Cause

Cenify IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if a client:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Uses the website or AI tools for illegal or unethical purposes
• Fails to pay fees after a 7-day grace period
• Engages in behavior that compromises system security or other clients

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The updated date will be revised at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
