1. Introduction

Welcome to Cenify IT. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of all products, services, and platforms offered by Cenify IT. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Cenify IT provides digital infrastructure and marketing support for therapists and mental health professionals. Services may include but are not limited to: landing page creation, search engine optimization (SEO), lead management tools, analytics dashboards, technical support, and custom development work tailored to your practice.

We reserve the right to enhance, update, or modify the services offered at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes.

3. Plans and Payments

Clients may choose from various subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. All payments are due in advance, and services will not begin until payment has been successfully processed.

Monthly plans are billed automatically each month on the billing date. Annual plans are billed once per year and may include discounted rates in exchange for a full 12-month commitment.

All payments made to Cenify IT are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, monthly subscriptions, annual plans, and any custom development work. Clients are encouraged to review our offerings thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Cancellations

Clients on annual plans may cancel at any time but are still responsible for the remaining balance of the 12-month term. There are no partial refunds for early termination.

Clients on monthly plans may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your client dashboard or in writing via email to support@cenifyit.com.

All setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused service periods.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information necessary to fulfill services. This includes but is not limited to practice details, branding assets, legal disclaimers, and platform access where applicable.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Cenify IT and may impact service timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, source code, and software developed by Cenify IT remain the intellectual property of Cenify IT unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials as long as they remain subscribed to our services.

Any content you provide to Cenify IT, including logos, photos, and testimonials, must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cenify IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data.

Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Cenify IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms of Service or if your actions could harm Cenify IT or other clients.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
